How does the system prevent duplicate or accidental double scans?

FleetSetu incorporates an intelligent real-time duplicate scan prevention engine. If an operator accidentally scans the same AWB docket twice within a session or at an invalid status milestone, the system immediately plays a distinct warning sound, flashes a high-visibility red banner, and blocks double counting. Every scan log captures the operator ID and timestamp to maintain strict audit integrity.

Can the hub operations software operate if the dock loses internet connectivity?

Yes. FleetSetu includes an offline scan buffer module. When connectivity drops at a transshipment dock or remote branch, scanned AWBs, bag numbers, and timestamps are cached securely in local browser/device storage. As soon as connection is restored, the buffer automatically synchronizes and updates the central control tower without losing a single touchpoint.

How does inter-branch bag consolidation and manifest management work?

At sorting hubs, multiple parcels destined for the same hub or delivery branch are grouped into a consolidated master bag. The system generates a serialized Master Bag Barcode with tamper seal tracking. When the bag arrives at the destination hub, scanning the single bag barcode automatically checks in all contained parcels, cutting dock in-scan time.

Can FleetSetu connect our booking branches directly to our line-haul transport fleet?

Yes. FleetSetu Hub Control natively integrates with FleetSetu Transport Management Software (TMS). When an origin branch closes an out-scan manifest, it directly assigns the line-haul vehicle and driver, attaches the E-Way bill, and initiates live GPS telemetry along the route with geo-fenced arrival alerts for the receiving transit hub.

How are delivery run sheets (DRS) and last-mile handovers managed?

When consignments arrive at the final delivery branch, they are in-scanned and assigned to specific delivery routes. The system generates a digital Delivery Run Sheet (DRS) for each rider. Riders receive their stop sequence on the mobile app, navigate to customer locations, and collect digital proof of delivery (e-POD) with signature, photo, and OTP verification.
